i think banks should pay attention to their ATM machines bcos at times customers withdraw mutilated naira notes from ATM machine.

i quite agree with what a lady sent some days ago.the pain of technical mistakes most of this banks make is passed on to the customer,i believe that is not fair.imagine your bank asking you to write a letter to the MD despite they making the mistake of typing your account number correctly on your ATM card,and issuing a wrong pin number,very stupid

The creation of bluesquareng.com is a great step towards the upliftment of our banking sector in Nigeria. But why won't you allow banks to be ,ention so that they could sit up? imagine, where you have to apply for ATM card in a bank for seven months, yet you've not been issued. Yet, this bank is one of the twenty five in the country.

Very few Banks have the civlity to do banking business, however one bank (    ) stands out to me, and that is [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] . Though there's a lot of room for improvement within this Organization, but I think they have, among a very few, the brightest chance of b [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] ming the most successful bank in terms of customer service and delivery. Yeah that's that shit right there!

Customer's satisfaction holds the potential for increasing an organization's customer base and reputation.  One path to achieving customer satisfaction is through customer service.  Surveys are a vital tool for obtaining customer feedback and tracking and monitoring customer satisfaction level.  The problem service-oriented companies, especially Nigerian banks, face is exactly how to do this and do it well.

Consequently, competitive advantage is secured through intelligent identification and satisfaction of customer needs better and sooner than competitors and sustenance of customer satisfaction through better customer service tools.

The Problem with some of these banks is the [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] est rate they used to charge on loans and the tenure of the loan is too short. Some of us who are salary earners have [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] est in getting loan to start small scale business but the [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] st and atimes collateral they will be asking you for is to high for us to meet.

 

Meanhwile, u will some them asking you to come for their lons and services wheras the condition they wil give is too much.

 

I suggest that if they can give long term loan, with little [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] st of say 5.7% and calculation is based on simple [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] st not compund as they used to do.

there is this bank dat offers this global loan service but the problem that they only give to a group of people e.g in abeokuta local govt, the teacher signified there [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] est but due to reasons unknown, the local education secretary refused to approve the loan program. i feel itshould be made individual

Recently, [Please Don't Mention Bank Name] bank brought out a memo telling her customers that from the 1th of may cash below sixty thousand naira(60,000) won't be paid at the counter and if you insist 100 naira will be charged you. i will like to know the rational behind their decision. is it to discourage withdrawrals or what.
